Our Services
The Humming Centre develops a team around the child, incorporating a range of professionals to meet the individual needs of the child and family. This may include Key Workers, Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists and other therapy providers that best suit their families needs.
A Key Worker helps families to develop strategies that will support all areas of a child's development. These strategies are integrated within a child's everyday routine both at home and in their learning settings. This approach is considered best practice as it will support the child to reach their full potential while building confidence and capacity within families. Key Workers provide information and connections within the community as well as coordinating services and referrals as required.
The Humming Centre’s vision is to grow beyond Condobolin and meet the needs of families across the Lachlan Shire, providing our services to children of all ages as we expand our team of professionals.
